As the creative director, Alexandra blends her extensive background in the arts with a deep love for design, which she has cultivated throughout her life. Her journey began in the world of fine arts, where she developed an eye for detail, colour, and composition—skills that seamlessly translate into her approach to event design.
Over the years, she has honed her craft by studying design principles and travelling to find inspiration in various cultures, particularly drawing influence from her love of European art and culture, shaped by her time living in the UK. This diverse foundation allows Alexandra to approach each wedding with a fresh perspective, viewing it as a space to combine artistry, creativity, and personal connection. For Alexandra, design is about more than just aesthetics; it’s about creating an experience that authentically reflects each couple’s style and values.

Senior Lead Planner
From a young age, Lauren was immersed in the beauty and joy of celebrations, growing up in a large, close-knit Portuguese family where weddings were always a highlight. These early experiences, filled with vibrant traditions, sparked her love for weddings and inspired her to pursue a fulfilling career in wedding planning.
As Senior Lead Planner at Clement & Co. Events, Lauren thrives on connecting with her clients, ensuring their vision is brought to life through meaningful details. She excels at coordinating intricate timelines and curating exquisite decor, always going above and beyond to ensure flawless execution. Lauren’s warmth and attentiveness create a welcoming atmosphere, making clients feel supported and valued throughout the planning process. Financial Manager & Budget Support
With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and a steady hand to his role at Clement & Co. As a key member of the team, he specializes in backend operations and budget management.
Outside of the office, Adam is a passionate collector and a dedicated podcaster. His interests range from vintage comic books and rare action figures to retro video games and writing sketch comedy. In addition to his professional work, Adam is part of a successful Dungeons & Dragons podcast.
